Our designers can help you to put your brand name and logo on the existing models, also they can create a special design for you, bring your idea into drawing. Different ways of logo appearance are recommended here: embossed/debossed logo& sizes with foil stamping; silk-screen printed logo& sizes; sticker labels for your logo& sizes. Some times an ideal design is limited and unworkable by the available technology, the designers and technicians will give their professional suggestion and solution.

The skilled technicians study the layout/drawing carefully before starting each mold, they not only consider the good looking of hangers but also consider the application of the hangers. With advanced equipments and machines, the technicians prepare the suitable raw material and mix the right color as per the international standard Pantone card. Our technicians have good control on mold and machine, they can improve the mold and adjust the machine into the best condition, which ensures the smooth sampling/production and it’s also the key point of success of a hanger. When a new hanger comes out, it’s not the end of our job. Some tests will be done by the technicians, for example, the test of tensile force. As the tensile force varies for different hangers which are used in different ways, we specially import the equipment for the test of tensile force; we ensure that each hanger is strong enough to hang customers’ commodities.
